Invoice Explainer

Uploaded CSV files are processed in memory to produce the requested analysis. The file, filename, and raw CSV contents are not stored or sent to analytics.

Accounts

Supabase processes account email addresses, passwords, confirmation links, and sessions. Billing Guard stores the workspace and membership records needed to provide the authenticated service.

Connected billing data

When you connect ShipBob, Billing Guard retrieves and stores billing invoices, transactions, fee types, sync records, findings, and audit records for monitoring.

Personal Access Tokens

Your ShipBob PAT is encrypted before storage, decrypted only for server-side requests, and never displayed again. Disconnecting deletes the stored encrypted credential; imported billing records remain.

Analytics

Vercel Web Analytics may record anonymous page views for the Landing page and Invoice Explainer. Custom funnel events are currently disabled. We do not send emails, identifiers, filenames, invoice contents, billing records, or authentication tokens.

Retention and control

Beta account and imported billing records remain until they are deleted by the service operator or the beta environment is retired. You can disconnect ShipBob at any time from the connection screen.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the application, Supabase provides database and authentication services, and ShipBob supplies connected billing data. Email delivery is used only when configured.
